Workout Club is Back

Ms. Elise’s chair yoga at the Women’s retreat was a HUGE success and many participants wanted to join a class. We would be happy to have anyone at Martin join us!

 

We have people in the class whose age ranges from their 60’s to 89. Elise does a great job of ensuring all individuals no matter their capability gets a benefit from each class.
