Friday Night Reception/Concert – Proceeds Go to Martin Missions

Misinale – Tongan Community Fundraiser for Martin

 October 21, will be our kick-off to the Lord’s Acre weekend beginning with a Friday night reception in the Chapel from 5:30-6:30, followed by a Musical Concert from 6:30-7:30 in the sanctuary. Some of our favorite musicians, such as Caleb, Jieun, and several other special musicians.  

Tickets are currently available for purchase on the Martin Website. Adult tickets are $25.00.  Children ten years and younger, tickets are $5.00. In person sales will be available October 8 and 15^th in Wooton Hall.  Tickets will increase at the door on October 21 to $40.00 for adults,  so purchase those tickets in advance!

All proceeds from this event will support the Missions of Martin. One of those missions is our Backpack Ministry, supporting food insecure children throughout the community.

 From 6:00 – 6:30 you will be able to ‘window shop’ in Martin Mall, Live Auction, Silent Auction, Bake Sale and Casserole Sale.  

Misinale

 The Tongan Community will begin Misinale in Soul Food at 7:30 – 9:00. Everyone is invited and you will not want to miss this joyful, spirit-filled event. Be sure and bring lots of $1.00 bills!!

 BAKERS:

 You may pick up dishes to display your baked goods for the Bake Sale beginning this Sunday, October 1, in Wooton Hall. They are located on a table near the Lord’s Acre Table.

 CASSEROLE COOKS:

When cleaning out the kitchen this week we found a large amount of foil casserole pans and lids. They are located on the table next to the Lord’s Acre table and are free for the taking.
